This French Directoire style Bleached walnut enfilade from the 19th century has three drawers over three doors and tapered feet. Created in France during the 19th century, this Directoire style walnut enfilade features a rectangular top sitting above three drawers. Accented with darker toned banding, the drawers are fitted with oval brass handles on ornate oval backplates. The doors open to reveal inner shelves offering convenient storage opportunities. The sides are made of simply recessed panels and the back is, of course, unfinished. The ensemble is resting on four short tapered feet. With its clean lines and wonderful walnut grain, this French Directoire style three-drawer over three doors enfilade from the 19th century will make for a great addition to any home, perhaps placed in a living room or dining room.
